By accessing and using the services provided by Lumi Soma, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, please be aware that missed, late, or last-minute cancellations may result in a loss to our business, as we may be unable to fill the vacant spot.

Booking Fee

• All bookings require a deposit and/or full payment to secure your space.

Missed Classes

• If you miss your class, you will be charged the FULL price.

Late Arrivals

• If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible at 07841579603.

Cancellations & Rescheduling is Not Possible.

If You Are Sick

• For the health and safety of everyone, please cancel if you are feeling sick or unwell.

• Lumi Soma reserves the right to refuse access to anyone showing symptoms of illness on the day of their class/training/workshop.

• If access is denied due to illness, you will lose your workshop/class/training booking.

General Information

• Outstanding balances can be paid via Cash, Bank Transfer, or Card.
